Two fully embedded, electronic around-the-pump foam proportioning systems allowing for a foam compound rate of 450 or 600 ltr per minute respectively are available to match the high flow rate of the N100 pump.

The RVME around-the-pump foam proportioning system is based on electronic flow measurement of water and foam compound in two different measurement ranges:

FOAMATIC RVME450 PW / 600 PW
500 Ltr/min to 10,000 Ltr/min   

FOAMATIC RVME450 PW / 600 MID
200 Ltr/min to 10,000 Ltr/min

On the basis of the measured water and foam compound flow rates, two solenoid valves open or close to meter the amount of foam compound corresponding to the set proportioning rate.

The actual foam compound flow rate is constantly monitored and the solenoid valves are accordingly actuated – this is referred to as a control system.
